We confirm your order, finalize the price, and discuss your preferred delivery method (sea or air freight). This affects overall cost and delivery timeframe. Estimates are shared for both so you can decide.

After confirmation, the order enters the production queue. Sourcing begins per the order specification.

We source the finest leather and required materials. This process typically takes around 3 weeks.

Expertly cut leather pieces are prepared. You can track this step and the entire process in your online account.

The upper (top of the shoe) is crafted with skill. Photos and updates appear in your account as shoes come to life.

The upper is shaped and secured onto a last, forming the base of your shoe. Progress is documented in the portal.

The sole is securely attached to the shaped upper. You’re notified when this stage is complete.

Boxes arrive and your shoes undergo final inspections and finishing touches.

Shoes are polished and inspected for quality. You’ll be notified when they’re ready for shipment.

Shoes are packaged and shipped via your chosen method (sea or air). Tracking details are provided.
